The Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) has sent an invitation to foreign nationals to apply for the Fully Funded Mexico Government Scholarship 2024 on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. More than 180 countries' residents are eligible to answer the call. Full-time undergraduate, master's, doctoral, postgraduate research, and postdoctoral programs are eligible to apply for the fellowship. More than 90 higher education institutions in Mexico are taking part in this program.

Required Documents
- The completed and signed scholarship application form.
- A letter explaining your motivations for doing the research or studies in Mexico. (Letter Arial size 12, single line spacing, maximum of two pages).
- Curriculum vitae. (Up to three pages, single line spacing, Arial font size 12).
- A letter of academic acceptance from the recipient Mexican institution or the HEI's answer to the admissions application (see to the acceptance letter's requirements section).
- A letter promising to return to one's own country.
- Acceptance letter for the Call's terms in paper.
- A copy of the birth certificate
- A copy of a current, valid passport in open book color, or a photo ID issued by the government.
- A copy of the applicant's health-related medical certificate, either by a public health facility or a private one, no earlier than three (3) months before the application presentation.
- For accreditation, if the applicant's mother tongue is not Spanish, they must provide a copy of their advanced Spanish language proficiency certificate from any university or educational institution. This certificate must guarantee a minimum proficiency level of B2 in the Common Framework of European Reference.
- In a letter, the applicant protests that the information submitted is accurate and genuine.
- All forms and documentation must be completed in Spanish or provided with translations into the language.
Eligibility Criteria
Students may apply for a scholarship if they are citizens of any of the above-mentioned nations.
Applicants do not currently reside in Mexico.
